When You Trust Your Career to West Sound Workforce, You Gain:
Flexibility
As an independently owned organization, we aren’t tied to rigid processes and corporate red tape often found in national chains – we can adapt our approach to your needs. We are more than a temporary staffing company. We provide a full array of staffing and recruiting services, including temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and HR services.
HR Expertise
All our recruiters come from an HR background, bringing extensive HR knowledge. We hold certifications, participate in related organizations, and keep our knowledge fresh. As HR professionals, we believe in staying current on the latest standards, regulations, and laws affecting employment and being a resource for employers and job seekers in our community. We consider ourselves partners with our clients and candidates and always keep their best interests in mind.
Diversity
We find diversity in many channels. These include our partnership as a YesVets employer, our MOU with the Welcome Home Project, and our involvement in the Kitsap Supported Employment Business Advisory Committee, and are active in Vet Tribe. We have studied how verbiage choices can attract talent from different backgrounds, and we craft our job descriptions and advertisements to reflect this knowledge and meet our DE&I initiatives.
