Absolutely not! You are free to work with whomever you’d like, and we’re honored to be chosen to be part of your team.
You are in complete control of who you hire. We pride ourselves on providing quality candidates, but you are under no obligation to hire only from us. If you find a candidate through your efforts or other means, that’s okay.

Once we’ve gotten to know you, your company, and position needs, we’ll put together a job ad and begin our recruitment efforts. Resumes will be reviewed, and screening performed. You’ll have the opportunity to choose who you’d like to interview. We’ll coordinate those efforts, just as we do at every step. We’ll walk with you through the process, including assisting in making job offers to your top candidate!
