Absolutely not! You are free to work with whomever you’d like, and we’re honored to be chosen to be part of your team.
You are in complete control of who you hire. We pride ourselves on providing quality candidates, but you are under no obligation to hire only from us. If you find a candidate through your efforts or other means, that’s okay.
New clients are connected to an account representative and a recruiter. The process includes discussions about your organization’s culture and short- and long-term staffing needs.
If you have an immediate need, our team will seek to understand the job duties for that position and put together a “candidate profile” as a base for sourcing and recruiting. We’ll provide our staffing agreement and any pricing information needed for you to budget accordingly.
Once we’ve gotten to know you, your company, and position needs, we’ll put together a job ad and begin our recruitment efforts. Since you will have a dedicated recruiter teamed with you, you’ll be updated regularly of all progress, and have someone to answer questions or hear your thoughts or feedback.
Resumes will be reviewed, and screening performed. You’ll have the opportunity to choose who you’d like to interview. We’ll coordinate those efforts, just as we do at every step. We’ll walk with you through the process, including assisting in making job offers to your top candidate!
Simply put, once that individual starts working. If it is a temporary position or temp-to-hire assignment, you’ll be billed weekly, based on the employee’s timesheet hours, which you’ve already approved. If the placement is a direct hire, you’ll be invoiced the week after their first day.
Sometimes this happens, and especially when we’ve first teamed up with an organization because we’re still homing in on the qualities which make an employee successful within your company. We appreciate, and frankly, request, open feedback, even if it means we’ve been off the mark a little bit. If you don’t like any candidates we send, we’ll keep recruiting!
