No—you are in complete control of hiring decisions. While we provide quality candidates, you are under no obligation to hire only from us. If you find a candidate independently or through another source, that’s perfectly fine.

Getting Started: Understanding Your Needs

First, new clients are paired with an account representative and recruiter. We begin by discussing your organization’s culture and short- and long-term staffing needs.

Creating Candidate Profiles and Job Ads

Next, we create a candidate profile to guide sourcing and recruiting. At the same time, you’ll receive our staffing agreement and pricing details to plan your budget. Once we understand your company and role, we draft a job ad and begin recruitment.

Reviewing Resumes and Scheduling Interviews

Then, your dedicated recruiter keeps you updated and coordinates all steps, including resume review, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Extending Job Offers

Finally, we guide you through the offer process to ensure a smooth transition for your top candidate

We appreciate, and frankly, request, open feedback, even if it means we’ve been off the mark a little bit. If you don’t like any candidates we send, we’ll keep recruiting!
