Team Composition:

Currently, West Sound Workforce has no standing teams for SeaPort-E contracts. This section will be updated with comprehensive information about any teams we establish to provide the best staffing services possible.

We maintain a thorough Quality Assurance program to ensure exceptional staffing services. Our two-step approach includes:

 

  1. Detailed client intake and understanding of job requirements.

  2. Continuous monitoring and follow-up with both clients and employees to ensure satisfaction and anticipate potential issues.

Client Relations

Our team leads an in-depth intake process to thoroughly understand client needs, job requirements, and organizational culture. We utilize:

  • Written job descriptions and scope of work documents.

  • In-person or virtual meetings to assess the work environment.

  • Regular reporting, team meetings, and project milestone reviews.

 

Once an employee is placed, we maintain regular communication with both the client and employee to address concerns quickly and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Product Quality

  • Resume review and application scrutiny

  • Skills testing, including client-specific or proprietary tests

  • Verification of employment history, education, and references

  • Pre-employment drug testing, credit checks, criminal background checks, and physicals (as required)

  • Face-to-face interviews assessing professionalism, communication, and expertise
