Employee Benefit Programs

Medical Benefits:
We offer health insurance plans for full-time employees and their families. Coverage begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment, giving you and your loved ones access to quality care.
Accident Plan:
Our accident plan provides cash benefits if you or a covered family member experiences an injury on or off the job.
Hospital Plan:
Receive cash benefits for hospital stays, ambulance services, surgeries, and diagnostic exams.
Dental Plan:
Employees receive $1,600 per year in coverage with no network restrictions, deductible, or co-pay. A short waiting period applies.
Cancer Plan:
Cash benefits are paid directly to the policyholder upon diagnosis and treatment of cancer, helping with medical costs and recovery.
Personal Recovery Plan:
This plan provides cash benefits for major health events such as heart attack, stroke, or coma, helping cover decreased family income and medical bills.
Life Insurance:
Choose coverage options ranging from $25,000 to $500,000 to protect your family’s financial future.
Sick Leave:
Following Washington State Paid Sick Leave laws, employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Benefit hours begin accruing on your first day and are available after 90 days of employment.
Weekly Pay:
We offer competitive wages with weekly pay every Friday.
Direct Deposit:
We offer direct deposit to all employees with the added convenience of emailed paystubs.
Holiday Pay:
After working 1,500 hours, employees are eligible for up to 8 hours of holiday pay per holiday (maximum $100), provided they work at least 24 hours during the surrounding weeks. Eligible holidays include:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
Vacation Bonus:
Complete 2,000 hours of work to receive a $250 bonus. For each additional 2,000 consecutive hours worked, the bonus increases by $50.
401k:
Employees may enroll in our 401k plan with a 4% company match after working at least 1,000 hours and completing 12 months of employment.
WA Paid Family & Medical Leave:
Both employer and employee contributions fund the Washington State Paid Family & Medical Leave program. After meeting the qualifying period, employees can access paid leave for family or medical emergencies, as administered by the Employment Security Department.
