A Gig Harbor fiscal management company seeks a Temp Bookkeeper
for a full-time to assist with some aspects of client bookkeeping and office administration needs through the holidays. A well-rounded, professional who has a strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Word, and Excel and excellent phone and in-person presence could make this a permanent position!
For this Temp Bookkeeper position, we are looking for someone who has
- 1+ year of administrative office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills
- Competency in other bookkeeping/accounting platforms (ERP) would be ideal
- A proven track record of being self-motivated, working with minimal supervision
- Comfort with a small team environment where the ability to communicate and work well with others is key
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and problem solve when faced with multiple input sources
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
