Care Coordinators are needed to work alongside male youth (ages 14-20) as a mentor in a rehabilitation setting under supervision of behavioral health professional staff. The primary purpose of the Care Coordinator is to ensure the care, safety and supervision of young clients through building rapport, positive interactions, and direct proactive interventions. You’ll be responsible for working in groups and handling individual concerns, setting limits for behavior, creating client documentation, and identifying the possible need for professional services. This is a temporary position for a period of up to 6 weeks (with the possibility of going temp-to-hire for the right individuals).

Job #8590: Day shift, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Job #8591: Swing shift, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Job #8592: Night shift, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
The Care Coordinator might be a fit for you if you have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license and are eligible for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles
- A Food Handler’s Permit or are able to obtain one
- The ability to pass and meet background screening requirements per company policy
- A great rapport with young people and consider yourself a great role model
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology is preferred.
- Prior work experience in other behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents is a plus
