<p><strong>You must have two years of customer service experience to be considered for this job.</strong></p>
<p>We need people with calm and assertive (<em>not </em>aggressive)  personalities, and awesome phone and communication skills!</p>
<p>We highly prefer candidates with backgrounds in providing customer  service for technical products or services.  Account management or  outbound sales experience is also highly preferred.</p>
<h3><strong>Duties include:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Processing customer orders</li>
<li>Verifying customer account information</li>
<li>Making deposit verifications, credit referrals, name &amp; address changes, and handling related requests</li>
<li>Responding to customer inquiries &amp; requests regarding accounts, products, rates and services</li>
<li>Following up on customer inquiries and working with clients &amp; coworkers to offer alternatives to unresolved problems</li>
<li>Supporting sales team</li>
<li>Making outbound sales calls to established customer base (no cold-calling involved)</li>
<li>Performing other tasks as assigned</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to provide technical assistance and support to a local company&#8217;s customers and staff.</p>
<p><strong>You must have a help desk or customer service background and networking experience to qualify for this position, as well as a minimum of 2 years experience working in a business environment.</strong></p>
<h3>To qualify, you must have:</h3>
<ul>
<li>A help desk &amp; customer service background</li>
<li>2+ years experience providing PC &amp; network support in a business-to-business or retail service/business-to-consumer environment</li>
<li>Your own transportation &amp; willingness to occasionally make customer site visits (mileage will be reimbursed)</li>
</ul>
<h3>This position also requires knowledge of:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Windows 7, XP &amp; Vista</li>
<li>Microsoft Office 2003 &amp; 2007</li>
<li>Active Directory</li>
<li>Small Business Server 2003 &amp; 2008</li>
<li>Windows 2003 Server</li>
<li>DNS/DHCP</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Experience with Windows 2008 Server highly preferred.</strong></span></p>
<p>Technical certifications are desired.  VoIP or telephony experience, and experience with Mac and Linux systems are all pluses!</p>
<h3>You will provide Help Desk support via phone, email and remote administration for:</h3>
<ul>
<li> Computer hardware</li>
<li>Software</li>
<li>Printers</li>
<li>Remote connectivity</li>
<li>Email</li>
<li>Operating systems</li>
<li>Other issues as needed</li>
</ul>
<h3>You will also be responsible for:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proactively administering networking infrastructure performance, including servers, workstations &amp; peripheral devices</li>
<li>Monitoring system performance</li>
<li>Scheduling and performing routine backups</li>
<li>Performing workstation configuration and software loading</li>
<li>Documenting information in CRM system</li>
<li>Assisting with other projects as needed</li>
