A leading distributor of packaging and industrial supplies is searching for an MIS/Facilities Coordinator for their new Auburn distribution center!
You have to have 1 – 2 years of MIS/Facilities Coordination experience to be considered for this position.
This job requires:
- 1 – 2 years of MIS/Facilities Coordination experience
- Very strong knowledge of networking PCs & printer peripherals
- Experience with AS400, Avaya & Microsoft Back Office products
- Experience with Windows 2003, Vista & 7
- The ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds
- Strong multitasking skills
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing building facility, including HVAC, office & telecom equipment
- Repairing or upgrading printers, servers & PC equipment
- Applying software patches & upgrades
- Setting up & maintaining user accounts
- Coordinating vendor/contractor visits
