A leading distributor of packaging and industrial supplies is searching for an MIS/Facilities Coordinator for their new Auburn distribution center!

You have to have 1 – 2 years of MIS/Facilities Coordination experience to be considered for this position.

This job requires:

  • 1 – 2 years of MIS/Facilities Coordination experience
  • Very strong knowledge of networking PCs & printer peripherals
  • Experience with AS400, Avaya & Microsoft Back Office products
  • Experience with Windows 2003, Vista & 7
  • The ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong multitasking skills

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing building facility, including HVAC, office & telecom equipment
  • Repairing or upgrading printers, servers & PC equipment
  • Applying software patches & upgrades
  • Setting up & maintaining user accounts
  • Coordinating vendor/contractor visits
