We need 1 – 2 experienced customer service representatives with mature, unflappable personalities!
You must have two years of customer service experience to be considered for this job.
We need people with calm and assertive (not aggressive) personalities, and awesome phone and communication skills!
We highly prefer candidates with backgrounds in providing customer service for technical products or services. Account management or outbound sales experience is also highly preferred.
Duties include:
- Processing customer orders
- Verifying customer account information
- Making deposit verifications, credit referrals, name & address changes, and handling related requests
- Responding to customer inquiries & requests regarding accounts, products, rates and services
- Following up on customer inquiries and working with clients & coworkers to offer alternatives to unresolved problems
- Supporting sales team
- Making outbound sales calls to established customer base (no cold-calling involved)
- Performing other tasks as assigned
- Required:
- 2 years of customer service experience. Great phone & communication skills. A mature, calm, assertive (not aggressive) personality.
- Preferred:
- Background in providing customer service for technical products or services. Account management or outbound sales experience.
