A growing Silverdale company is looking for an outgoing Customer Service rep with fluency in Spanish and experience in a call center environment!
To qualify for this job, you must have:
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in Spanish
- Good proficiency with Excel & Outlook
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication & phone skills
- Good typing & data entry skills
We need someone with an enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing personality, who is able to learn very quickly! You must be able to work independently, and easily switch tasks as needed.
All call systems/processes are automated, and headsets are used in the performance of client contact.
